PharmaVision’s Report Delivery Policy
PharmaVision offers two types of report for purchase. The first is in the pdf format, downloaded from our website and the second is in the CD-ROM format. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or suspend this service (or any part of it ) without notice to you and shall not be liable to you if we exercise this right.
PharmaVision reports are only dispatched on receipt of full payment.
An order placed with PharmaVision for a PharmaVision report ensures the rapid delivery of your product. PharmaVision’s policy is to deliver your report safely to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you choose to order your report for delivery on CD-ROM, please note that PharmaVision operates a 3-working-day delivery policy, with reports being shipped via priority courier. UK deliveries are dispatched by First Class UK post. Any order placed and paid for before 1pm GMT will be issued and dispatched within one working day.
The report will only be delivered to the address specified in the order.
PharmaVision offers electronic delivery (download) on many of its products. This option is usually the fastest form of delivery. The same copyright and license requirements apply. Please note that refunds cannot be made on downloaded report products nor on CD-Rom report products after dispatch.
Once an order for a PharmaVision report has been submitted (by phone, web, email, mail or fax) you have agreed without limitation or qualification to be bound by and to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You agree that you will not fail to complete any transaction after submitting an order to purchase a product or submit any order to purchase a product where you do not intend to complete the transaction. You expressly acknowledge and agree that PharmaVision can withhold any product as a result of non-payment within the agreed credit terms of 30 days. PharmaVision offers a one-week cooling off period from date of ordering. This cooling off period becomes null and void once payment is made, or if you select immediate delivery by download. This cancellation must be made in writing within one week of the order date. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations after one week and the product must be paid for in full.
Limitations & Licensing
Reports may not be copied or distributed to members, or to sister or affiliated organizations unless under License (see below)...
User Licenses
A company or other organization comprised of more than one person which wishes to install and use one of our publications on multiple PCs at one time should purchase multiple single-user licenses (at a discount) or a site license.
Single site license
A single site license, is a license granted by the publisher, PharmaVision, which gives the purchasing organization the right to make the publication available for use "on-site" by its staff, employees or contractors. "On-site" refers to the company’s physical site, namely the company premises.
Mutiple site license
A multiple site license, is a license granted by the publisher, PharmaVision, to a company or organization which gives the purchasing organization the right to make the publication available for use on multiple premises by its staff, employees or contractors. "Mutiple site" refers to the company’s physical site as well as it’s branch offices within one country.
Global Site License
A Global site license, is a license granted by the publisher, PharmaVision, to a company or organization which gives the purchasing organization the right to make the publication available for use on it’s Global premises by its staff, employees or contractors. "Global site" refers to the company’s physical site as well as it’s branch offices throughout the world.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither PharmaVision nor any of its directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or your inability to use, the Products, Materials, Software and/or facilities or services offered through this website, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, even if PharmaVision has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages, or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
Payment methods
You may order online, by fax, email or by telephone on +44 (0) 1273 320 279 using a credit or debit card or by invoice. All prices are in pounds sterling. PharmaVision takes the payment for your order when you place the order. If the dispatch of your order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed, you will be notified.

Credit Card Security
PharmaVision uses Protx secure payment gateway. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are NOT held in clear text on any website.
Limitations
Reports may not be copied or given, lent or resold, either in part or in whole, to any third party.
You may not file the report on a server which is used by other parties. You may not display the contents in whole or in part on your, or your company’s, internal or external website.
PharmaVision shall not be responsible for your use of the Report. You shall be responsible for complying with any applicable data protection, copyright and other legislation and regulations.
Reports purchased by trade associations and ‘umbrella’ organisations are for use only by the internal secretariat of the organisation. Reports may not be copied or distributed to members, or to sister or affiliated organisations.
You can quote selectively from the Report only as permitted by Section 47 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time.
If you use the data from a Report as part of any analysis, report or publication, you are required to cite PharmaVision, in the usual way, as the source for the underlying data. PharmaVision however accepts no responsibility for the analysis or any actions arising therefrom.
Reports, databases and multi-therapy studies are prepared from information that was available to PharmaVision at the time of publication. This information may subsequently change or may not be complete in its coverage. PharmaVision shall not be liable for the consequences of any errors or omissions. We will however, take reasonable steps to correct such errors or omissions in future editions or publications and appreciate the receipt of up to date information for this purpose.
PharmaVision is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including any loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings or other indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the reports, or from errors or deficiencies in them whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
PharmaVision’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the performance or observance of PharmaVision’s obligations under these conditions shall be limited to the amount of the price paid by you to PharmaVision in respect of the Report in question.
PharmaVision gives no assurances that the Reports will be supplied virus free.
PharmaVision shall not be held liable for any failures in the supply of the Report to you, whether by electronic means, through the postal or courier services, or by any other means.
All paragraphs, whether under this clause or elsewhere, which limit or exclude liability, operate separately and shall survive independently of the other paragraphs.
Disclaimer
The facts of PharmaVision reports are believed to be correct at the time of publication but cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the findings, conclusions and recommendations that PharmaVision delivers will be based on information gathered in good faith from both primary and secondary sources, whose accuracy we are not always in a position to guarantee. As such PharmaVision cannot accept any liability whatever for actions taken based on any information that may subsequently prove to be incorrect.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Returns Policy
All goods are non-refundable once you have received them. For downloadable pdf reports, once you have received the address link to enable you to download the report(s), you are not able to cancel the purchase. If you are unable to complete the download process or wish us to provide a replacement for a file that is defective, please contact us by using the contact details above and we will replace the product.
If you order a report by purchase order you are not able to cancel the purchase once we send the email (with the report) to you.
For CD-ROM products, you will be sent an email to confirm your order. If you wish to cancel your order at this stage you may do so, within 24 hours of receipt of this email. If we do not hear from you after this time, we will charge your card and despatch the report(s) to you
